From sancheke: Yes, it would be better if the cases would go down, but they also need to think about the effect it will have on people. Like I know that I would absolutely hate the governor if he shut down schools without giving us a heads up. Kids and teenagers and even adults need stability. We can’t be doing random stuff and expect everyone to go with it. But I think overall it should be up to the person going to school if they want to or not. I also know a lot of people are having trouble with virtual school and would prefer to go to school instead. But like I said, it should depend on the person who goes to school.
